    Lucy's Garden

    Just outside the kitchen is where our chefs find inspiration for Lucy’s menu, by day and by season. Hand-picked harvests become creations such as broccoli risotto, and cauliflower tortellini. Fish, meat and poultry dishes are adorned with originality – pickled garden radish, preserved eureka lemon, roasted garlic, charred tomato relish – Lucy’s Garden is our foundation for fresh.
