Bardessono and Area Events

This isn't your typical day of yoga at a winery... Tessa and Matt will guide us through a variety of stations, from learning about the benefits of meditation on the body, to how proper posture and balance affects how you move through the day, this will be an evening to learn how what we do with our bodies can change how we feel overall!

Of course, part of a well-balanced life will include light bites paired with your favorite Eleven Eleven Wines.
